# China Administrative-Division Data CTAmap 1.12 Version Update
Since 2022, the author has been organizing a long time-series dataset of China's administrative divisions. Based on the National Fundamental Geographic Information vector data, with reference to the administrative-division vector data from Amap (AutoNavi), the Ministry of Civil Affairs, GADM, township boundaries, village boundaries, the standard maps of various provinces, and related textual materials on administrative-division changes, the administrative-division data of each year has been retrospectively derived year by year.

This data is now officially named CTAmap (China Temporal sequence Administrative Map). Considering the previous version update status, the current version number is CTAmap 1.12. Version 1.12 collected feedback from readers and corrected existing issues.

# (5) Issue of the Exclave of Sui County, Hubei Province

In 2000, Suizhou City was abolished, and Suizhou City was renamed Zengdu District. In 2009, part of the townships of Zengdu District were separated to establish Sui County, including this exclave of Zengdu District. This version has repaired this area.

# (6) Administrative-Division Issue of Baimasi Town, Luoyang City, Henan Province

In July 2007, the administrative-division adjustment of Luoyang City was made. Magou Village, Langou Village, Lvmiao Village, and Shilipu Village, which were under the jurisdiction of Baimasi Town, Luolong District, were handed over to the Yangwen Subdistrict of Chanhe Hui District for management. Chanhe Hui District has 9 township-level administrative divisions under its jurisdiction, including Chanhe Hui Township, Dongguan Subdistrict, Beiyao Subdistrict, Baimasi Town, and Yangwen Subdistrict. Version 1.12 has been corrected, and the corrected years are 2013–2023.
In addition, in 2022, some villages in Yanshi and Mengjin had their administrative divisions adjusted. The Longhutan Village and Hanqi Village, originally under the jurisdiction of Shouyangshan Subdistrict of Yanshi, and Jincun Village and Zhaiquan Village, originally under the jurisdiction of Pingle Town of Mengjin, are transferred to the jurisdiction of Baimasi Town, Chanhe District.

Therefore, the early-2023 administrative-division data for this area is different from the previous years, and the modifications are as follows:
