Abolish Jiuli District of Xuzhou City. Jiuli Subdistrict of the former Jiuli District and Shidong Village of Pangzhuang Subdistrict shall be transferred to the jurisdiction of Gulou District, Xuzhou City. Huohua, Sushan, Taoyuan, and Pangzhuang (excluding Shidong Village, Shixi Village, and Xinxin Residents' Committee) 4 subdistricts of the former Jiuli District shall be transferred to the jurisdiction of Quanshan District, Xuzhou City.

After inquiry, the jurisdiction of the former Jiuli District in early 2010 was: Pangzhuang Subdistrict, Huohua Subdistrict, Liguo Subdistrict (Liqun Community), Taoyuan Subdistrict, Sanhejian Subdistrict, Chacheng Subdistrict, Yi'an Subdistrict, Zhangji Subdistrict, Dianchang Subdistrict, Zhangshuanglou Subdistrict (Shuanglou Community), Jiuli Subdistrict, Shitan Subdistrict, Sushan Subdistrict.
Please note:
Since some areas were former mining areas of Xuzhou, the jurisdiction is scattered with many exclaves.
Among them, Chacheng Subdistrict, including Chacheng Community Residents' Committee and Xincheng Community Residents' Committee, is an exclave within Liuxin Town.
Dianchang Subdistrict, Yi'an Subdistrict, and Zhangji Subdistrict are all exclaves of Jiuli District (formerly known as Xuzhou Mining Area, renamed in 1993).
Dianchang Subdistrict is within Maocun Town of Tongshan District, and is too small. I searched the township-level and three sets of village-level vector data on hand but could not find it, and cannot verify it.
Yi'an Subdistrict is within Dapeng Town, and after searching the village and township data, it could not be found, and cannot be verified. It will be updated later when vector data of this area is available.
Zhangji Subdistrict is within Liuji Town, and also cannot be found, and cannot be verified for this area.
